The hotel is ok. Nothing great nothing bad. The only thing is location is not good especially if your first time visitor to Hanoi. I was there on work and my main client’s office was closes to this hotel. (That’s the main reason I stayed here) Again not a bad place and definitely priced right just consider the location. (Note, this place caters to tour groups)

The gym is giant and has a lot of equipment. The hotel is quite and clean. The staff is really helpful. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, it doesn't really matter if you occasionally go out. The taxi is also very easy and convenient to call from your phone.

We stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dinner at the M1 Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The restaurant staff THAO provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We also want to acknowledge receptionist XI and duty manager BACH, who have been wonderfully helpful and welcoming throughout our time there. Wyndham Garden Hanoi exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

The room was clean and quiet and modern. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was that the hotel came up as an airport hotel in the Expedia search, so I assumed it was close to the airport. In reality, it is 30 km and 1.5 hour drive ( in traffic) from the airport. We nearly missed our flight due to this incorrect information by Expedia. The hotel does offer a 24 hour hotel shuttle but at a price one third more expensive than a taxi.
