“워싱턴에서 2일간 숙박하였습니다. 가격이 저렴하여 이용하였으나 방은 약간 좁은 편이었으며 화장실도 좁았습니다. 아침식사 종류가 매우 부실하였으며 장소가 너무 협소해 불편하였습니다. 아주 작은 테이블 4개가 전부였으며 직원들도 무표정하고 퉁명스러웠습니다.”

“This is our favorite place to stay when we are out visiting family. The rooms are huge and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The bed was a little firm but ok. The shower is HOT!! Which was an added plus because it was very cold while we were there. Only complaint is the bathroom doesn’t have a lot of space for toiletries. If they would just replace the small shelf in the bathroom with a larger one it would be perfect. But the best thing about staying there is the staff. We arrived...

“켐브리지에서 10마일 거리이나 아침에 출근 시간은 50분이상 걸림. 주변에 쇼핑몰이 차로 5분거리에 있어 식사나 물건사기는 편하고 주변은 깨끗함. 다만 차가 없으면 숙박할 수 없는 위치. 주변은 깨끗하나 호텔 내부는 그렇지 않음. 청소는 1주일 이상 되어야 해준다고 함. 수건은 나와서 받아가야함. 조식은 정말 어이가 없는 수준. 차라리 없다고 하는 편이 적당함. 오버 부킹이 되어 많은 사람이 숙박을 못함. 이를 대응하는 직원의 처리 방법은 수준이하. 매니저 역시 친절하고 거리가 멀고, 직원에게도 막대함. 4박 예약 중, 2박만 숙박함. 결론은 겉으로 보기에 번듯해보이나 실제 그렇지 않으니 숙박 장소로 추천하지 않음”

“The resort was excellent and the staff great. However, Expedia info/ picture was incorrect on the oceanfront room and we had to upgrade at the facility to get the room we wanted and yes it cost more. Please fix the discrepancy. ”

“프런트에 항시 사람이 없다 세탁기가 고장이 났다는데 10일 이상 걸린가한다 청소요청시 너무 불친절하다 대체적으로 프런트 직원이 할아버지,할머니가 대응을 하는데 너무나 불친절하고 본인일 다 끝날때까지 기다려야 한다 다시 오고싶지 않은 호텔이고 누구에게도 추천이 불가한 호텔이다 수준은 약 $30 정도지불하면 충분한 호텔이다”

“Room was clean. Well stocked towels. Staff was pleasant. Good value. Right off the highway and easy to get to. Discount provided for neighboring Mexican Restaurant was a nice touch. Will stay there again without hesitation. Thank you ”
