“Clean is not good. ”

“This stay was very comfortable. Great friendly staff and the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms stocked as they should be. Very well built and maintained. It’s not dirty, no bugs, no peeling paint, showers are strong and water is clean. Very nice stay and I’ll be repeating when I’m in town every time.”

“방사이의 방음이 조금 약하였지만, 혼자 지낼만 했다. 프렌치쿼터에 위치하고 있어서 밤에 다니기 좋았다. 하지만 제일 윗층에 방을 배정받으면 계단을 이용하여 트렁크를 들고 올라가기가 힘들다. 지내는 도중, 아침에 자고 있는데 노크도 없이 방문을 열고 직원이 들어와서 조금 당황스러웠다.”

“I stayed at Place d’Armes over a very busy Fourth of July weekend, and the location was perfect for walking to almost everywhere I wanted to visit in New Orleans. The courtyard made me feel like I had stepped onto another continent, and I loved every bit of it. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fan was a game changer I didn’t know I needed. “My room was very old and outdated. The furniture and walls were all scratched up. The sheets weren't clean, which I didn't see until afterwards because I didn't sleep on that side. There was a loud noise that sounded like a truck coming through the walls repeatedly throughout the night. It most likely was a plumbing issue. The hotel needs a renovation ASAP.”

“Great Hotel, perfectly located, but beware the parking. Hotel uses a public lot at $66/night. I walked inside just long enough to inquire if that was the only hotel option only to walk back out and find my car booted (10 min max). Hotel told me there was nothing they could do. $160. There are some temporary hotel spots to the left as you come in, but they aren’t obvious and easy to miss. Hotel needs to work this out. I was told by the Hotel that I was not the first.”
