โWe really enjoyed our stay!! The room was very comfortable and clean. We asked for a later checkout due to having a later flight and they were very accommodating to us. The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. Itโs a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. โ

โHyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. โhonestly i wasn't the one who went there but i booked the place for my dad and my children they sent me the video of the place it was very beautiful and clean my children loved the place i would recommend this place to anyone my dad said the service was very good โ

โThis hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of Harare. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is dated, but it is definitely has a unique character to it. The view from my window was spectacular and breakfast really fills you up.โ
