"The resort is very clean and bright. We had a few issues with getting our room cleaned- I finally just spoke to housekeeping directly and she came each day to tidy up. There are no activities- either at the pool or in the hotel. Evenings are quite boring. Music in the main restaurant till 9pm. Nothing in the lobby area. "

"Happy with the staff & front desk being accommodating for things like extra sheets and the breakfast is decent. I liked that the room is straightened up every day too. The floor in our room made our feet black so we had to wear shoes inside. The ice maker was broken on our floor which was a mild inconvenience. We only heard highway noise a few times but we use loud sound machines. No hot tub but a dip in the pool was nice. It’s also very humid in the entire hotel. None of the negatives would make me not stay again but I still wanted to mention them for others. I really liked having a separate bedroom so I could sleep in while hubs watched tv. Overall a pleasant weeklong stay. "

"My stay at the hotel was overall very positive. The hotel staff were very attentive and pleasant—extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are in good condition, and everything is kept quite clean, which I really appreciated. However, there are a few details that could be improved. In my room, the lights were not working properly, and the towel holders were somewhat damaged. These are small issues, but addressing them would make the experience even better. Despite that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place."

"Room was clean and smelled good upon check in. Expedia and the actual website for the property were not truthful regarding amenities. There is no jacuzzi or bbq grills like stated and shown in website pictures. Not pleased by this. "
