“Clean room and premises. Only two stories and no elevator, but they offer to assist with luggage. Very close to Newport and all the activity in that area. Would definitely stay there again.”

“It really is a premier property for motel. Everything is spotless. Very tasteful, and you'll feel like you're in a resort when you see the decoration of the room or cottage.I had a little cottage that was by the pool and it was wonderful. Felt like I was in a little summer cottage, and everything was so tasteful and pretty. “From the porch, the beach was blocked from view by the roadside sea grass (itself a pretty view) but the ocean beyond is spectacularly in view and it will lull you to sleep all night with the window open. A literal 150 step walk across the street and down through a short sand path opens up a whole beautiful sandy beach where I took long strolls back and forth for hours. ”

“So happy as an annual visitor to the area to see new life breathed into this historic inn. Stayed in the more modern section in updated rooms with pastel beach colors, AC , ceiling fan and tv. The restaurant served delicious food , and the service is warm and welcoming. Only wish there had been a mini fridge or a common guest fridge since there was no where to bring any leftovers from dinner. Coolers with ice are available but not really practical for bringing anything along for a breakfast...
