Not really worth the price. When we arrived there were no towels and no toilet paper in the room. We had to ask 3 times for towels. The drain was clotted, so we could only use the shower at half strength, the safe was not bolted, so you could just take it out of the cupboard. The air condition didn't work. The TV couldn't connect to the server, so no programs. All in all a warn down hotel and not very clean. The staff were very nice, but only a few spoke English so it was a complicated process just to get our key, to order food etc. When I asked the reception to help me book a taxi, they just gave me a phone number to a taxi company that asked over twice the normal fare. The room was quite small but had a perfect view over the Ganges.

Nice hotel on the river Gangaji with their own private ghat. Good room but a bit small. Excellent bathroom. So aff very good. Only drawback is that the approach to hotel is not so great.

The room was a little bit small but excellent in all facilities. Superb cleaning ness and equipped with all things that can you expect with a five star hotel.. and no doubt the location of hotel must be in the best category in Haridwar as this hotel is on the GANGA river and the best view from the room balcony.. will definitely stay in this hotel only whenever got chance to come in HARIDWAR again. JAI MA GANGE.

外国人があまり来ないのか、従業員の英語の訛りがひどく(インドの中でもひどい)、対応が失礼だった。チェックイン時に設備の説明がなかったため、シャワーのお湯の出し方を聞きに行ったところ、真面目に聞かなかった挙げ句"I don't understand you. Please speak English"と失礼な事を言われた。

Good and bad experience.

When we arrived the hotel said they had not received a booking. We had booked through 3rd party site. I even had a print out of the confirmation. The hotel would not accept it and not for that price, they charged us extra. They said we could just sort it out with the 3rd party site later. We paid and went to the room. We tried to get assistance from the hotel in sorting out the problem with them saying they had not received the booking. The 3rd party gave us date of when booking was sent to hotel. The staff member of the hotel at reception was not interested in assisting us at all with the problem. He said he won't accept their deal and that was it. We saw another couple checking in who had the same problem. They had booked through another 3rd party site from us. Exactly same problem. Hotel stated they had not received the booking and the couple had to pay more and sort out later. So, if you have booked through 3rd party, ensure you double check with the hotel beforehand that they have your booking, check the price and get it in writing. We had the one and only family suite. Two rooms, both with the most incredible view over the Ganga. Absolutely beautiful! Food was good too. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous and helpful.

Nice location but poor service and pathetic staff

Hotel is in very good location at ganga ghat with hotel has its own ghat with nice view from terrace restaurant. Hotel is newly renovated and in good condition. But over all management is not concerned about guest and they have shortage of staff. Staff is not trained and they take too much time for each and every thing. No one is interested in hospitality.even budget hotel is good compared to this on term of services. Don't waste your money just looking to its photo. Better options are available in this prize

Hotel is under renovation

Hotel is under going renovation & work was on till late at night. Lift wasn't working, Roof Top restaurant was closed due to renovation. They are extending the Hotel & they should have stopped the booking during this phase (Visited in April 2015) . If you are planning to visit this Hotel in next 3 months you should avoid since all the good services & room facilities are over shadowed due to the renovation work.

роскошный для Индии отель, расположение удобное, рядом есть ресторан европейского качества, хорошие завтраки, в день приезда накормили завтраком бесплатно, завтраки на террасе над Гангой, откуда открывается потрясающий вид на реку. Очень хороший вид из окна номера на Гангу. Из минуса то, что интернет был только внизу на ресепции.

Great location

Excellent location overlooking the eternal river flowing by. Narrow approach, poorly lit. Room size is good and bed comfortable. Room service satisfactory. Terrace restaurant is awesome place. Linen and towels need more looking after. Stains should be removed. Front desk very cooperative and nice. Recommended as a good stay.

Arrived but they did not have our booking.Luckily we had a printed voucher confirming.Hotel manager was very pleasant and catered to all our requests.Hotel was on the river but had very small view.Internet only worked in the small foyer of the hotel.Bathrrom in the room was good even had a hair dryer.Area was a little scary at night as not very well lit and access the hotel was down a very dark small alley way.The hotel also has an alcohol free policy even in your room.

Missed the Mark

Right on the Ganges! Room was tidy and comfortable but some snafus made for a less than enjoyable stay. WiFi only available in reception area, NOT in rooms as advertised. A/C died in first room and the electrical problem encountered there followed me to the second room manifesting as a problem receiving telephone calls for some time. Staff was accommodating for the most part. Would personally try another property next time.

stayed for 4 nights, was a clean and tidy room. very comfortable bed. the bathroom is a good size with a great hot shower-best so far in india. the toilet had "sanitised for your convenience" ribbon on it but was a bit grubby-little hairs around the bowl when i first arrived. had to wash them off the staff are excellent very attentive and helpful. television with lots of channels, had a room with ganga views. the windows are a bit clumsy with the air conditioner in the way but you can see the river well. one window opens up great location not far from the train station and can easily walk around haridwar. i was happy with my stay

Pretty view of the Ganga (hard to get closer). Fine hotel for a night or two in Haridwar. Not the cheapest but good value for what you get.
