"I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Akash was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met during my travels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was from the beginning I had a very early flight, and they went out of their way to pick me up when i arrived as i was lost lol and dropped me off in the middle of the night with no prior notice so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Which meant really so much to me they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind surprise. The room was perfect big, clean, comfortable, with nice hot water and the WiFi worked perfectly! Everything about my stay here was amazing i really appreciated how much they helped me as a solo traveler with anything i needed. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt looked after. It honestly felt like family. Thank you so much to Akash and the whole team for making my stay in Varanasi such a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. You really can’t ask for better hospitality."

It is near both to the center city and riverfront and to the university and yet quickly accessible to the route to the airport and train station. The staff are helpful, from arranging cars for longer road trips to providing all the necessities of a hotel stay. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled, a further plus. The restaurant is good."
