"The location of hotel is good , it is very close to Ghat where Aarti take place. It is about 40 steps below from the hotel and about 3 minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very helpful. The last part of access to the hotel from the airport is through narrow lanes. The taxi from the airport drops about 2 Km from the hotel , then auto can take you another 1 Km but last part has to be walked with luggage. I suggest strongly to have some person from the hotel take you to the hotel from the airport. The narrow lanes can be confusing with motor cycles, dogs and some time cows crossing. Otherwise the visit was enjoyable. "

"Authentic location, exceptionally clean The owner went out of his way to help us in every way Booking tours, recommend recommendations on where to eat He could not have helped us anymore If you want a real experience, you need to book these accommodations Very short, walk to anything you would want to say If I were to return, I would 100% book this spot again We were strangers in this town we left like locals. He gave us so much information like our own personal tour guide. "

"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "
