“When I checked into the hotel room, the room was completely stuffy and hot due to the ac was shut off, there was roaches in the fridge and once you open the fridge there was odor to the fridge. And the shower only had extreme hot water no cold water option”

I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV.
