In general, higher priced and better featured properties are behind and around the central mansion area of the property. Across the street where the golf course is are more affordably priced, and likely independently owned condominiums that are essentially managed. This can create some confusion on arrival based on the fact that you need to check in across the street...

Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again."

"This is a "no frills" type hotel stay but it is clean, quiet, located in a convenient area, and managed by a very competent young man behind the front desk. Just an "FYI - you have to request the cleaning staff as I did not see any during my four night stay recently."
