"When we arrived there was no parking in the parking lot, so people were told to park illegally which ended up blocking in a different guest when I was getting ready to check out they were trying to figure out the guest who blocked in their vehicle so they could leave. The window to my room was broken and not shut all the way so you could hear the freeway noise all night long. And the people above us which is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but they let their children run jump off the bed and run around the room until 1:30 in the morning I had to go down and talk to the person at the front desk to please contact them to ask them to stop because the phone call down there did not work. I never heard back from the manager after having several concerning issues. They were supposed to be in and called and said they weren't going to be there until 10:00 or at least that's what the staff told me. It was a horrible stay we were exhausted from driving all day needed a good night's sleep and I only got 4 hours of sleep. The food was fine but since the place was sold out he had to stand around and wait to get more food they only had one person working with a packed Hotel so it didn't seem very well thought out. They are definitely cutting corners on staff. No I would not stay here again or recommend it."
"Great location and a very nice property. The balcony was huge with a beautiful view of the lake. I was pleasantly surprised by this property and would love to stay here again. "
"Great stop on our showing break road trip. Great breakfast, friendly staff, loved being attached to the water park - convenient for families, especially with teens young adults who can be on their own. We enjoyed our stay. "
"Very nice property; would stay again. We were driving a suburban and pulling a trailer and had to park on the street but that wasn't an issue. A fun place within walking distance down the street to have lunch/dinner and a breakfast place across the street from that. "
"Beautiful place . A hidden gem . Don’t be discouraged when you first drive in as the inside is amazing . Amazing helix bed wonderful pillows and quiet cozy cabin like rooms . Full size fridge stove top and dishes . Very clean … we will be back . "
