Property in a quiet area was nice and about 10 mins from town centre. Did meet a gentleman who gave us our keys to our room but did not see anybody else maybe because we were out most of the time,parking was ok,on aroad in front of hotel,and seemed to be safe. The room was nice and clean and had s good shower.

Loved the proximity to the Harrogate Convention Centre. There is no kitchen at The Grafton, but the staff very helpfully recommended (via a welcome email) nearby cafés and restaurants including their opening hours for breakfast and other meals

Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay.

This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Clean, cozy and thw bed is so comfortable. Definitely will be back here on my next trip to Harrogate.
