Several items in disrepair such as closet door off track and could not open, room telephone did not work, also there were no linens provided for the pull out sofa.

The room was fine. Requested an infant bed but the first one delivered was not set up and broken on one side. Our room was next to open courtyard where guests were very loud close to 11pm and we were with an infant. Desk clerk did nothing. Kids were running up and down hall. My daughter finally went out to talk to other guests. Breakfast bar was good. Do not think we would stay there again mostly for staff indifference

Nice place to stay
We were traveling to New York City to move our son. We needed a safe place to park our U-haul and a refrigerator to keep his food cold overnight. That is why we chose this Residence Inn.First of all, I reserved the nonrefundable room for the wrong night. I immediately realized my mistake and the hotel graciously adjusted the date. Thumbs up! All in all, it was a nice place, well kept and close to the highway. The breakfast was great and the employees pleasant. The only downside to our stay was the unmade sofa bed. We arrived late in a driving rainstorm and were exhausted. We were in our pjs when we opened the unmade bed and realized there were no linens in the room to make it up and no extra towels for the morning. So, my son had to get dressed and traipse down to the lobby for linens. I'm not sure what the hotel's policy is but if you're expecting a 3rd guest, the sofa bed should be made or bedding and towels should be provided. It was not the end of the world, more likely a housekeeping snafu, but an annoyance nevertheless. Otherwise, our stay was fine so I gave an excellent rating.

Cleanliness aweful. Trash from previous occupants was still in the room and it was stinking. When we called front desk the lady (Maham) was outright rude and abusive. Such behavior is outrageous.

The staff were so friendly and respectful. The breakfast area was clean and always well stocked. The mini suites were perfect. When we had a noise complaint from people above us (jumping on and off the beds until midnight), they took care of it right away. I will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place! Entire property was super clean and everyone was very friendly. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. Plenty to choose from on their complimentary breakfast each morning. (I would recommend adding a gluten free bread option of some kind) The stove in my room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during my stay, but we made do with the microwave.

The property is exceptionally clean, the breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose. The swimming pool was a must have with two children. They had a great time. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The inn is going through a renovation so our suite had all new furniture and appliances. They are still following Covid protocol which was good.

Highly recommend!
I traveled with my husband and 12 year old grandson. Our suite was perfect. I found the staff to be friendly and professional! We arrived just before the pool was being closed for renovations so we were able to swim, one of the reasons I chose the hotel!!
