“Nice two nights stay in a very good location. I especially loved the bathroom as it was spacious and with a view to the East Hill. The stairs are tricky if you have a large suitcase, but I got wonderful service and mine was taken down for me. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 500 m. The buses to the railway station run 200 m from the door so that’s also nice. ”

“Just a little gem of a guest house,host was accommodating with earlier check-in and leaving our bags there before we did check in. We had room no 5 with a queen bed and single with en suite and tea coffee facilities and a fridge as well.Really couldn't find any faults at all,we only had an overnight stay but would definitely return ”

“Location is just in front of the see. The most impressive thing was very nice owner and receptionist. They helped us to meet my friend in Hastings, and it was very helpful. And the room was clean. I could see the beautiful sea in the morning.”

“We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...

“Hotel did not do breakfast or provide wifi in the rooms. There was mould and rust in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the bedroom. But the bed was comfy and the hot water was hot. ”

“No parking. Bathroom tiny. Close to town Centre. Not as clean as advertised.”
