The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in organizing my taxi to and from my US embassy appointment this morning. The staff took time to respond to all my questions. My only issue was the shower floor being a bit off- white /discolored.

The hospitality staff were extremely helpful in making sure all your needs were attended to efficiency with the charming 'bajan' culture. However Courtyard Marriott should improve the lighting in the room ,the lights in living/sleeping area should create the ambience of relaxation and sleep the bathroom light must be sunlight bright and the flow of the shower must be upgraded this is the worst experience in any Marriott branded hotel notwithstanding this we had a safe and comfortable time
