"Close to food stall & convenience shops but need to take tuk-tuk to shopping area. The set up of the shower cubicle before the toilet seat is not conducive as water will flow into toilet area, overall a very nice clean & new hotel. The staff are very friendly & helpful"

"Great location right next to the sea. The amenities are well thought out, and everything is well maintained and clean. They also keep the beach clean, and it is a very quiet spot on the beach. Right next to some fishermen, other than that, you have the place to yourself. The food and drinks offered at the beach restaurant are delicious, and all the staff, as well as the German owner, are very nice people - thanks for the good time! I would recommend getting the bungalow right next to the beach....

"The house has personal touch from the owner's collecting items, full of history from previous owners, too which align to the vibes of Songkla old city. Very friendly and intimate atmosphere. Breakfast are all yummy! Don't miss Roti and curry. Great conversation with Mae, the onwer, as he explained the local's way of life. I thoroughly enjoy my stay here and really hope to be able to stay here when I'm back next time. "

"I recently stayed at S Hadyai hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many things. However, I found the noise level from events being hosted in the hotel to be quite disruptive, which affected my sleep quality 3 out of the 9 nights. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues such as a hanging air conditioning vent in the room and creeking elevators around floor 5,...

"Very nice spacious comfortable room. If you’re there for more than 1 night you need a car. It’s quite desolate. The pool and gym are on another complex ( about 10/15 mins walk away) ... as it’s been closed for the past 3 months it would have been nice if this information was made available when booking the hotel. The restaurant was also closed. Front desk did their best to order take away from outside but the process was hard work due to the language barrier."
