샤워기 수압이 너무 약해요.
샤워기 수압이 너무 약해서 씻을때마다 너무 불편했습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 위치랑 주변 편의 시설도 좋았지만 방에 거울이 없고 수압이 약한게 큰 단점입니다.

The hotel has a spacious room, very clean. But the bed mattress was quite hard to sleep. The sound proof also very bad, can hear people talking and walking at corridors. Overall stay was satisfied.

Location is good. Staff friendly. The tuktuk uncle outside the hotel is very nice and can help talk in Thai.This is my second time staying here. This hotel needs to refurbish, brighten room.

Everything is perfect, complimentary of mini bar is a plus point. if you are looking for a tour guide, please do not hesitate to look for the hotel driver.. we called him uncle. Uncle is very kind, helpful & cheerful person!

no more next time
very hot the room coz cannot decrease the temperature! and need to request the fan. we also notice the room more cheaper if we direct to hotel NOT from website like Trivago.

It's a rundown hotel!!! The sound proofing is terrible. Can hear people talking and walking outside the corridor door. Woke up multiple times from the closing of doors of other rooms... Breakfast comes in set.. taste okay...

Hotel was so so
Came early around 11am, requested for early check in but denied. But this is ok, because it’s the hotel policy. Room is big, but cleanliness can be improved. The shower did not have heaters and many requests were made at the reception. For the amount paid for the room, it is ok.

Run down but friendly service
Pictures must have been taken when first opened up. The place is run down. The quadruple room has no seperate sitting area like in description. It is basically two queen beds in a room. You can hear street noise all day and night. Pretty dirty hotel too.

Strategic Location
Searched around for a good hotel for our stay. Came across this hotel and it was wonderful. It is just walking distance to Kim Yong Market. In the middle between floating market and asean market. Room was big and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, check in was smooth.

Rundown Hotel
Toilet ceiling was leaking from day 1 thus there was a pool of water on the floor risk of slip n falling. Maintenance only came to rectify on day on day 3 and he just came into the room without knocking thinking that nobody was in!!!. Day 4 the ceiling light got wet causing a power trip. Maintenance came to rectify and the bulb was blown thrice!! On our the 1st night stay the lift broke down and we have to climb the stairs up and down till the next day late afternoon when it was rectified. The water hose beside the toilet bowl was also out of order and there are mosquitoes inside the rooms.

Hotel near to market place.
Only thing was the lift was having issue when checking in. Had to walk 6 storey up.

Great and friendly staff
Staff there are very friendly and helpful. However condition of the room is not fantastic. It was raining during my stay there and part of the toilet is leaking. Not very pleasant. The lobby is very well furnished and cozy. Overall not a bad place considering the low prices that I paid per night.

Famous in Hat Yai
Cleanness but a bit noisy when others walking outside. Add on bed conditions not comfort. This hotel quite famous since all tuk tuk driver know. About 10-15mins walk to Lee garden, beside & infront also got 7eleven & food store. Ok to stay. Staff nice & friendly.

My stay in the Bed Hatyai
Location is very close to all food and entertainment outlets. Hotel clean and well kept. Service is excellent, I ask them to recommend massage services and the reception insist that one of their staffs to take us there. It was raining and they offer us umbrellas. Only downside is the water pressure in the shower is weak.

Big room with plenty space but not clean.
The room is big and near to everything. Morning market and seven eleven just around the corner. Easy to access to local food! Also, 5 to 10 minutes to lee garden plaza!! However, the room is a bit dusty (can see old damage spider web), sofa provided in the room is not really clean (with white little pieces, look like scalps) and little fridge doesn’t look clean too! Probably, with a bit more hard work in cleaning will worth for 4 in overall rating.
