"There were ongoing parties occurring in a neighboring room during my stay. I informed staff of the disturbance and was told that multiple guests had already complained; however, the noise continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. Due to the excessive noise and the firmness of the bed, I was unable to sleep comfortably and ultimately had to rest in the bathtub to get any sleep. While staff did apologize when I reported this experience, I believe the situation warranted more than an apology given the significant impact it had on my stay."

"Not a bad stay just small complaints: tv picture quality is poor, shower water pressure is low, pillows on king bed were tiny, and over an hour before check out we were still relaxing in bed and housekeeping was already banging on the door to come in to clean."
