The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. I also really appreciated how quickly my room was changed upon request—this was handled promptly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my overall experience. A special mention goes to Daniel, the waiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. His warm attitude and attentive service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, great service and a positive experience. I would happily stay here again."
