“Comfortable, clean and modern hotel recently refurbished. We had a spacious bedroom and washroom with all the amenities. The location was great for us as it was close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is still making some upgrades. Consequently, let them know beforehand if you need help with your luggage as they only have stairs right now leading from outdoors. We'd stay there again!”

“The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming...

“Every staff was so friendly and kind. They're willing to help the us as much as possible. I would like to stay again in Indigo Vienna if I visit Wien again. ”

“Perfect location near West train station. Friendly staff Bianca, Alina, Serj and Karla. Lounge is great to relax after a busy day.”

“Wow! What a gorgeous place to stay. Every detail was amazing, the decor was so beautiful and the staff were so professional and helpful. Great location, easy to get to the main sites, but far enough away that there were no crowds.”

“Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!”

“I would definitely visit again. Everything was perfect—clean room, nice people, and nice location!”

“Satisfaction was the highest among hotels I recently used. There are tasteful interior props and ideas everywhere, and the rooftop bar is also great.”
