"Our room was excellent, better than expected. Clean, up to date. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to the gym twice. It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. Should alternate treadmills and elliptical for the view of the ocean.lol. Outdoor pools, hot tubs and beach access were all awesome! Wish the weather was better for our stay! "

"My family stayed here for Spring Break in mid-March, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Only one of the outdoor hot tubs was warm, and the lazy river had very few floats available. The tiki bar was also closed for the season. While some of this might be understandable given a colder winter, it was still frustrating—especially with so many families visiting during a peak vacation time. Additionally, parts of the property were under construction, which made the overall environment feel messy and unkempt. Adjustments for elevator use due to construction were inconvenient, and some staff members were noticeably rude when we asked for assistance. Throughout our stay, we encountered several unfriendly employees. One particularly frustrating incident involved a security guard who ignored us when we were locked out. While a few staff members—such as those at the café—were kind and helpful, many others seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing a positive guest experience. Maintenance was also an issue. The trash containers in the arcade overflowed for days without being emptied. Our room felt outdated, the phones didn’t appear to be functional, and the bedroom TV was not a smart TV and lacked any connected services. Overall, this property has potential to be a great family destination with better upkeep and customer service. However, given the price, our experience did not meet expectations and did not feel worth the cost."

"Gorgeous beach view, clean and comfortable room. A little outdated, but that doesn’t detract from the stay at all. Only suggestion is to put shower curtain liners in - the bathroom in the king room had a mesh panel at the top of the curtain and the water went right through it and flooded the bathroom floor. We wound up turning the shower head towards to wall and showered facing the curtain to minimize the water on the floor. But overall we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!"

"The room was spotless and well appointed. We were there recently (Feb)) so temps were cold but our view was great and we found things to do. Friends were also on this trip so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was welcoming from check in to check out."

"The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo itself was a good size (2 bed/bath, full kitchen). It was clean, but you could tell it was an older unit. Wasn't bad for a quick weekend, but definitely not worth the price for any longer. There was very little parking at the actual building. We had to park in the overflow parking lot which was down tge street about a tenth of a mile. "
