The rooms were small and not maintened. The hotel lacked cleanliness. The bedspreads had multiple stains on them that appeared to be blood. The bed also had multiple hairs on them appearing like it hasnt been cleaned. Multiple things did not work including a lock on the door. The hotel had a bad odor. On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly.

Very nice staff! Parth and Nancy were warm and welcoming. Hot tub was honestly filthy and there were bottle caps and soap wrappers and a shampoo container by the tub. It was fairly cool. The beds were real flimsy and even compared with other Super 8s completely subpar.

This property is dated and just about what you’d expect from a Super 8. My family and I had to exit early and the front desk gal was amazing and helped us get a partial refund due to an emergency. Pool was clean and hot tub decent. Just your average hotel :) but VERY attentive staff.

For the price we paid the room was not worth it. I noticed immediately that the floors had not been mopped as there was leftover dirt and shoe marks on it. There was a used bar of soap on the sink and hair in the tub and counter. The room had been renovated, however, the trim was haphazardly painted. The headboard was supposed to light up and it did not. In fact, there was only 2 working outlets and that was for the ac and the other was for the tv. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The super eight recently went into new ownership. They were dealing with a lot of of issues that they had to work on. It was a good location. The rooms were so so. When turning on the air conditioning unit, there was a foul smell that came out. We were just staying for the one night so we dealt with it. We had reserved two separate rooms and we’re not able to get them together. It was OK for the short stay..

The staff were very friendly and kind, but the rooms were very dirty. My feet were black after walking on the floor. The towels had mascara and other stains on them. Lots of dust and grime on every surface. The curtains were broken. Lots of dust. Worst of all lots of sweat stains, a red stain, and dirt on bed. Made me wonder if the sheets were cleaned at all. We were only here one night and I was so excited to leave. I didn’t even wanna shower because it was so disgusting.

First the positives - I had good interactions with the staff. They were attentive and reactive. Thats about where the good ends. Our room was awful. One of the worst I've ever stayed in. I usually dont check beds but after seeing the shape of the room i did and thank god because both the sheets and pillow cases had disgusting stains. I requested new sheets and remade the bed. They did take off money from our total for the inconvenience but we were still grossed out the rest of our stay. We contemplated changing hotels but it was a holiday weekend and we had a dog so knew our options were limited at that point so we stuck it out, but we'll never stay here again. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere (anywhere) better.

There was no one at check in, I waited for 20 minutes. The pool and hot tub were closed (in the winter?). The thermostat in the room didn't work. The TV didn't work. The room itself was worn out. I paid over $300 for this. I request at least a partial refund.
