Overpriced and underwhelmed
The price was expensive given the condition of the hotel. The carpets were stained and the room was very worn. Within 5 minutes of being checked in, my daughter felt something sharp under her foot and something in the carpet had cut her foot. I would recommend staying somewhere else unless you want to overpay for a sub par hotel.

Great selection!
Easy checkin and attention to detail. Very clean and they sanitize daily for all viruses. Comfortable room and great price. Close to lots of stuff so a great choice if you are in their area for an extended time.

There was blood in the floor, was not taken care of, breakfast was bad.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, at no point during your stay did you report any issues to the desk. Where was there blood on the floor? Why was the breakfast bad? The guest service manager checked you out the following morning and nothing was mentioned in order for us to try and resolve any issues.

Stay at this hotel every month when I come to town for work. Usually the stay is pleasant, with no complaints. This time around I was rudely greeted, the room was unvacummed and the breakfast is never great but it was even worse this time around. Management needs to be more hands-on with their staff, because the business is definitely declining.

I apologize that you are dissatisfied with our property. Maybe we are not the property for you. You are welcome to stay at various other hotels in the area that will accommodate your needs better.

Customer service fail
The pool was closed Saturday which was not disclosed when we checked in Friday night, when my wife went to the front desk to ask about it the person at the desk was clueless and rude regarding the issue, other than that everything else was fine.
