"Upon entering, the rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained at a comfortable climate-controlled temperature. There was ample parking and security presence during the night. The rates were reasonably priced for the property."

"The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again."

"I was waaaay taller than the shower head (I’m 5’7) & conveniently, I could see exactly how unclean it was as well. The glass shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked in the floor, the water never got anywhere near hot (morning OR night), and the entire sliding bathroom door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And no… they did not have full size pillows. Check in was nice. For $200 and a $50 deposit, it’s NOT worth it for close access to the Ritz, ladies!!"

"The room was spacious. The bathroom was sufficient but seemed like it was partially updated and then left without completing. AC smelled funky probably due to the season transition from heat to air. Overall a good value. Would stay here again."
