Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were great. A little far from old Heidelberg but a 9 stop ride on Tram 26 makes it easy to get back and forth in less than 15mins. Travelling with a family of four and our room had two large single bunk beds for the kids and one queen for the parents. The price of our room was super cheap for two nights. Had breakfast on the second day it is was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a family.

Clean room and easy to get in and out of the on-site parking. Not much to do around the area, but food is within walking distance and it wasn't too far of a drive from the city center after already seeing the tourist sites during the day.

Convenient location, near to the heidelberg train station and not far from amenities. Paid parking within hotel's compound. Rooms are neat and clean - like Ibis's ;)

It was one of the few hotels over an 18 day stay that had 3 actual beds which we liked. Parking was full, very limited in their lot, had to park 1/2 mile away. Very inconvenient after you’ve had weeks of travel without this issue & booked this room because paid parking was advertised. One gentleman at desk said he couldn’t help with parking suggestions; other gentleman went above & beyond with any issues. Managerial issues allowed for a stained sheet to be on the bed to which we had to have switched & the bathroom could be cleaned better.
