“Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden und auch nach einem Handtuchwechsel war ein deutlicher Rauchgeruch im Zimmer und in der Wäsche (Handtücher + Bettwäsche) vorhanden – wahrscheinlich ein strukturelles Problem. Die Lage und Grundausstattung wären eigentlich gut, aber der Geruch und die Haustür, die stetig zugeschlagen ist, hat den Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt. Auf meine Rückmeldung wurde zwar freundlich reagiert, eine Lösung oder Entschädigung wurde aber abgelehnt....

“On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off. Overall the price was good and the service was alright once there, but I would highly recommend booking directly with them...
