It was a great place to stay. It is an older hotel so it is dated as far as carpets etc. but the rooms are big and spacious. Clean. Staff are wonderful as well.

Staff did not make up room, even after requesting it, their excuse was that the tag was on the door, which was taken off after breakfast and verbally requested for the room to be cleaned. The TV dies not access to Netflix, but outdated.

When the head hskper goes and looks at all 86 room doors, to see which ones have dnd, she does not go back a second time to see if anyone has removed their sign. Once it is marked dnd hskpers are not allowed to go in. This hotel is only 7 yrs old.

Super excellent stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and spacious. All the toiletries were supplied. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and body lotion. Warm cookies at check in and a delicious full breakfast in the morning. What more can you want.

Great location - Worth the stay
Great area. Clean, friendly. Breakfast was hot, fresh and good for a hotel. Fresh baked cookies daily. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival when checking beds there where a lot of hair on sheets notified front desk and was told housekeeping has left for night I was given clean sheets to make m own bed very disappointed with this for the price I paid

We received no maid service, returned to an unmade bed and overflowing trash. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service. This caused out to check out a day early although we were told we were not able to receive a refund/ credit. l we will never stay there again .

Housekeeping services was not done on Thanksgiving so our staff could be with their families. Friday we had 3 hskpers and they did not get done with the checkouts till 930 pm, so after 12 hours of them working I sent them home. And checking paperwork it says that your room was serviced on Sat. Prepaids do not get refunds because guests want to change checkout days.

I booked a king sized room at this hotel. When I arrived the front desk employee female, advised she could not allow me and my wife to stay inside the kind bedroom that we booked because we had 2 infants with us who we brought play pens for. This hotel advertises baby cribs on demand etc; however, this employee switched my room to a double queen and swiped my card without giving me any information on what she was charging my card for. This was me and my wife’s anniversary trip and it was ruined by this employee as soon as we arrived to Helen, Georgia. When checking out the same employee was at the front desk and rudely retrieved the room cards from me and stated “ you can go”. If you going to have a crappy attitude try not to bring it to work. Other than my experience with this employee everything else was ok but I will not recommend or stay here again.

With fire marshal restrictions we are not allowed to have 4 people in a room that sleeps 2. It is a head count, not a baby and adults. The reservation doesn't even have that you had children with you. Had it been brought to the attention of the agent the room wouldn't of let you book because of the restrictions of the hotel. We do not have or offer cribs of any kind. Try us again, and not through a third party. Thank you for your stay.
