The Minster Hotel York

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and spacious with a king-sized bed and a beautiful walk-in shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was just a short walk to the York Minster and the city walls. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Ideally situated for town centre, upon arrival got shown all facilities/room, lovely breakfast staff very polite/helpful, room had everything you needed and quiet Cameron went above and beyond when we arrived explained that we had car issues and that we would sort it next day ( he said let him know if anything could do), after contacting RAC next day we had to wait approx 5.5hrs, Cameron told us we could wait in lounge/garden where he kept checking upon us and checking if he could do anything and if we needed anything upon finishing his shift came and said shift finished but explained to other staff what had happened and to continue looking after us for which they did Cameron and rest of staff are an asset to the hotel and we are definitely going back"

"The hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. Lots of lovely quirky seating areas to enjoy your drink. All the staff very welcoming. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was also lovely, a wide range and piping hot. The pool area was very good and also spotlessly clean. The rooms were also lovely, spotless and nicely decorated. Lots of extras in the rooms including a coffee machine and a kettle. Free parking at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
