"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. "We had a really good stay. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. Our son really enjoyed the garden, in particular the Wendy House which was also kitted out with toys, which was a lovely bonus. The village is peaceful but perfect for a nice walk. "Communication was lacking on this booking. I didn’t receive an email beforehand with details of how to obtain key to the property, after reaching out i did get it just in time for our arrival. The cottage was plenty big enough for 4 of us but we found that the cleanliness was not up to our standards. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the owner left tea, coffee, biscuits and even a pint of milk in the fridge; very welcome after a long journey. The location is brilliant - not far from the town centre, outlet village, river and it was on a bus route. would highly recommend this cottage."

"Took our 10 year old granddaughter for her last visit before schools opened back .our room was large with a double sofa bed for her . The bar area was very nice. Breakfast was what we would expect and the food was nice and warm . It was raining on the Saturday night so we opted to stay in the hotel for our evening meal but have to say we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food. All the staff were really friendly and we would definitely stay again. "
