“Excellent stay at this hotel (2 nights in July). We were especially grateful for the aircon which is far from standard in UK hotels. Everything was of standard you would expect from a property like this. Staff were impressive and the room spacious, tasteful and clean. Will be back on our next visit to the city.”

“We were able to get into our room early which was a bonus. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shower was great. We opted for the included breakfast option which was really good. Hot and cold items and lots of selection. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were able to walk to almost every place we wanted. It is also on the City Sightseeing red bus route (between stops 5 and 6) which we took advantage of. “This was a great location. The staff were super helpful leadung up to check in. So easy for us to walk where we needed to. We got upgraded to the family room which turned out to be a bonus for when my partner gets up at stupid o'clock, it meant he didn't keep me awake. I would stay here again if i ever find myself in York again.”

“The hotel was clean and conveniently located (about a 10 min walk from the railway station). It isnt super close to the city center (about 20 min), but the walk isn’t too strenous (no hills!). Would recommend.”

“조식 무료인점이 너무 좋고 요크중심가 위치도 좋다 새로 문연곳이라 깨끗하고 좋은데 청소가 최악. 먼지가 겹겹히 쌓여있고 컵 얼룩은 기본. 디스펜서에 컨디셔너. 로션도 비워있는데 룸청소후에도 채워지지 않음. 그리고 너~~~무 추움 난방 기본설정온도가 너무 낮다. 그래도 나머지가 좋아서 더러운건 못본척 지냈다. 요크가 아름다우니까!!”

“스탭들 다친절함 심지어 조식먹을때 내이름불러주며 뭐먹고싶냐고물어서 깜짝놀랐음..나혼자 동양인이라 쉽게외운거일수도있지만 조금 감동. 엘베없지만 체크인할때 미리 짐도 스탭이 올려주시고 요크 지도주면서 호텔위치 시내위치 다가르쳐주고 마주칠때마다 웃으면서 인사해줌. 조식도 메뉴많고 조리해줘서 따뜻하고 든든하고 좋음. 근데 역에서 좀 걸어야하고 캐리어가 더해져 너무힘듦 그리고 세면대완전작음..그치만 다른게 완벽..☆”
