"From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. I have stayed in many hotels but the Grand was the best overall by far. The staff are 1st class. Nothing too much trouble and the hotel and bedrooms were spotless. There is nothing that I would change. "

"Amazing hotel, adequate spa. Whilst the pool is slightly warmed it quickly turns cold and it is missing a jacuzzi badly. Service in the hotel is second to none, every meal was lush and breakfast especially good. All the staff were courteous and prompt with any request. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat, just leave the trunks at home."
