“I had a wonderful stay at Judges Court Hotel. The location is excellent — close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and overall the hotel felt welcoming and well‑kept. It was a great stay and I would happily return.”

“The breakfast was great. Our room: the carpet smelled and stains. Only one bottle of hand and body wash was supplied. Shampoo was not supplied.”

“Had a nice stay for our anniversary. Good suggestions for local walks. Wine and food was nice. It was a little disappointing that they did not do anything to mark our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had put a note on our booking. Drinks are quite expensive £6.50 for a pint/£10 for prosseco glass”

“Good accommodation in a great location for our needs. Shower and kitchen a bit small but ok for a short stay. Our host was an unusual character. Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance. We were contacted whilst out to say the dog was distressed. Although this was later downgraded. We we contacted or called on each day of our stay (?) which got a...

“The property was in a rural location and looked attractive from the outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice. The bedroom was quite dark and as its an old building wasnt particularly well sound proofed. The bathroom constantly had a terrible smell, like damp. This was very unpleasant.”
