“My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. “Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room.
However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette.
What we got was a small “L ” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. The toilet and bathroom (both small) were shared with the room next door.

“BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security!
The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera.

“Staff mostly spoke little or no English, this in the heart of Oxfordshire. Breakfast was very poor quality, cheapest items possible and poor presentation. 1 piece overcooked bacon, 1 pork sausage ok, scrambled egg ok, beans ok, horrible coffee and toast supplied warmed up rather actually toasted.
