"No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. "

"The room was absolutely disgusting. Door looked like it was kicked in multiple times. Door frame busted. Probably over 900 stairs on the walls/floors and ceilings. Floor was broken and buckled from water damage with a hole in the bathroom. Beds had hundreds of stains on them. Room and bathroom reaked of cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Every outlet was loose and falling out of the wall and didn’t work. All the nobs were missing on the dresser. Tv remote was sticky. Had to run the shower for 15 minutes to finally have barely warm water and the pressure was barely past a dribble. 10/10 would not reccomend. Also it’s 100% non refundable and you can not view the room unless you pay in advance for atleast 3 days. Most of the people that stay there actually live there. Highly sus"
