“It was unfortunate we arrived on a weekend of a big storm. There was no power or internet. Staff was communicative and accommodating. Facility was beautiful. The beds are to die for. It’s super cozy. However after one no power overnight we had to cancel rest of trip and stay elsewhere. I was sad I had to leave this gem of a location and place. The power was restored as we were wheeling our bags out to our new hotel but it was simply too late. They accommodated the cancellations. I WILL BE BACK...

“I had a great stay at El Noa Noa in Palm Springs. The place was nice and quiet, which was perfect since I wanted a relaxing getaway. My room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. I liked that the amenities were available around the clock, so I could do things on my own schedule. The staff was always quick to respond and really friendly. Overall, it was an easy, comfortable stay, and I’d definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“We booked a room with a king bed and a queen bed room, but the manager left the queen room and the second toilet locked. When I returned to the room late at night, I realized that the door was still locked and tried to get in touch. However, the hotel didn't have resident staff at night, so I stayed overnight without a second room. I sent a message to the hotel, but there was no response. I think there should be an apology or compensation from the hotel.”
