This should be just a normal budget hotel… but their amazing/friendly staff makes it a great experience. Gabriella checked me in, ordered someone to help me get 4 extra large bags and my dog to the airport the next day and walked my dog while I got the bags from my rental car to the room. It was obvious that all the other customers felt the same way given how they greeted her as they walked in.

Mother's Day weekend

Our family stay at this hotel was wonderful. If there was anything we needed, the room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were always accomodating and friendly. We have stayed here before visiting family, and will definitely be back.

The pros: Bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Kitchenette and office space were ample and well designed. The cons: A bit dated. Kind of musty. Slow elevator.

The room and bathroom were clean. The hallway had a bit of a musty smell. I noticed, but my husband did not. It’s an aging property, but for the price a good value. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room very pleasant. The location is convenient for a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Not bad, but not great

Overall, the room is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the furniture and facilities are a bit old and not in good condition, and the air freshener in the room smells too much. It seems like a good place for a long term stay for business but not for family travel.

The staff is great, doing their best, BUT - the hotel does NOT have shuttle service? What kind of airport area hotel is this? No dining option withing the walking distance or inside the hotel. They should advise that this facility is best accessed with rental car (cheapest Uber ride is $15.00 for 4 miles(!) This hotel needs its management to keep the customer's needs in focus.
