We came with another couple but they mistakenly booked a nearby Courtyard by Marriott. The reception person was not sympathetic or helpful, would not call for a cab for them, would not try to rebook for them. They ended up having to take the shuttle back to the airport and get the shuttle to the other Marriott. The receptionist at the other Marriott came personally in the shuttle for them, was very helpful, and said this happened all the time. The receptionists should be trained in what to do in this situation. We came from the UK where everyone was overwhelmingly helpful.
