워싱턴DC지역 호텔에 비해 1박 13만원 운좋으면 85불도 가능해 가성비가 좋고. 특히 방마다 전자랜지가 있어 간편식 식사도 가능하고 나처럼 호텔로비에서 조식하는 경우 은 계란1개 토스트2개 소세지 2개 스파벅스커피 1잔이지만 14불정도. 주변볼거리는 없지만 숙소에서 우버택시로 인근 wiehle reston east역까지 5분거리며 백악관 국회의사당 소세미언미술관 지하철로 이동가능. 델러스공항까지는 호텔무료서틀버스 운행. 가성비 훌륭

The check in was simple. The room was clean. I had a problem with the toilet when I checked in and I was given another room right away.

二泊しましたが、一泊目の後の部屋の清掃がされてませんでした。 タオル交換もされず、ゴミも回収されずでした。 受付にタオルの交換とコーヒーの追加をお願いしなければならなかったのが苦痛でした。 また、バスタブのある部屋を事前にリクエストしましたが、全くの無視でした。 2度と泊まりません。　 I stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned after the first night. The towels were not changed and the garbage was not collected. It was painful that I had to ask the receptionist to change towels and add coffee refills. Also, I requested a room with a bathtub in advance, but it was completely ignored. I won't stay again.

We came with another couple but they mistakenly booked a nearby Courtyard by Marriott. The reception person was not sympathetic or helpful, would not call for a cab for them, would not try to rebook for them. They ended up having to take the shuttle back to the airport and get the shuttle to the other Marriott. The receptionist at the other Marriott came personally in the shuttle for them, was very helpful, and said this happened all the time. The receptionists should be trained in what to do in this situation. We came from the UK where everyone was overwhelmingly helpful.

The airport shuttle was hard to coordinate. Called the desk three times and was told to wait 10 more minutes. I ended up taking uber to hotel.

The bartender/waitress was very pleasant, competent, and professional. The food prices seemed high, and the wine list in the grocery area indicated that 750ml bottles were available, but alas they were not.

Phones were not working at the hotel so we could not contact them for the shuttle to pick us up. We had to take a taxi at our own expense. When we raised a concern at check in they said they sent an email to notify me of the situation. I did not receive an email
