It has been renovated and well-maintained, though, and is a good choice for people looking for reasonably-priced accommodation in north Portland. "My husband, daughter and I were traveling back home and stayed one night because we know courtyard by Marriott from past trips. We are so happy we stayed at this hotel. My husband is disabled and they allowed us to check in early, we got a room on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. We will be staying here again for sure. We loved the gated garage as well. Parking $15 but worth it."
