The room was clean and cozy. Location was ideal for walking to dining options and Mission Theater. Accommodation included breakfast but could not find where it was located in the building. We never saw another guest or staff our entire stay. Would stay here again!
The location is wonderful, we were comfortable in our room, parking is tricky but we had no problems as we followed their precise email about permits in m neighborhood.
Love this place because it feels like a home away from home. Unique concept of accommodations for guests - bed and breakfast without a real breakfast but with the convenience of a few breakfast items and kitchen/dining space for preparing a simple meal. Clean and cosy with well explained rules.
Great part of the city to stay in - fairly quiet residential neighborhood but a ton of restaurants and shops and not a bad walk to downtown. The guesthouse was tidy and pleasant.
The check in process was very straightforward and easy with clear instructions on everything. The owner was very helpful and informative and accommodated me very well. The room and bed were well kept and comfortable!
Great way to overnight in Portland. We appreciated how quiet and clean it was. Love the full kitchen and multiple, clean bathrooms. Clear instructions on how to clean up after yourself ensure that everyone does.
My wife and I really didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, it was amazing. Tim was one of the best hosts that we have ever had the honor of meeting. The best part was, No TV in the room. It was really amazing to reconnect with my wife and zero distractions. Thank you for the beautiful weekend. We will be staying again. Absolutly loved it
We really loved the communal side of meeting people traveling as we were as well as how convenient it was to Washington Park (tons to do and see there!) and food and coffee. The owners were very responsive too.
Had a great stay here. They were super accommodating and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were all pretty spotless. So nice to have a kitchen available, as well!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
We had a lovey stay. Everything we needed was there and we were quite comfortable. It was very clean! Great restaurants close by and Trader Joe’s.
Homey stay in an active urban neighborhood. The staff is lovely and very helpful, and there are many many great places nearby for coffee, a meal, or an adult beverage. It was very much like staying in someone's home, with shared (but plentiful) bathrooms and a communal kitchenette area. It was a perfect home base for us. We would love to stay here again when in Portland.
First time staying in Portland and this is a great option! Good location close to lots of fun places. The guesthouse was clean and quiet. Had access to a shared fridge, toaster and microwave. Will make a point to stay here again next time I find myself in the area.
Absolutely lovely stay. Tim greeted us at check-in; he was kind and happy to help! I loved that they had recycle and compost bins in the kitchen. Our stay was easy breezy, and I can't wait to come back!
The room was quite nice in a very walkable area. The shared bathroom was never an issue because there aren’t that many rooms and even if one was being used there was always another open. Check in was easy and the owners I met briefly were very nice
