The apartments were clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. Communication before our stay was excellent and great local knowledge and advice. Walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants and located on an excellent bus route for Hersonnisos and neighbouring towns. Thanks for a great stay!

Ritornarci? No grazie! È stato il mio primo viaggio a Creta ed ero super entusiasta di questo, ma appena arrivati una deluzione. Stanza piccolissima e in pessime condizioni rispetto ad altre stanze viste. Siamo arrivate la prima sera ed era sporchissimo, fortunatamente lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti. Dopo tre giorni ci hanno pulito la stanza con il cambio biancheria. In bagno non c'era nemmeno il sapone per le mani e riuscivi a fatica a chiudere la porta del bagno per quanto poco spazio c'era; le prese erano solo due e anche poco funzionanti, aria condizionata a pagamento (7euro al giorno). Quello che doveva essere un cucinino era una semplice piastra elettica, ricoperta di polvere. Sicuramente non tornerò mai piu in questa struttura.

Very basic accommodation where everything is either an extra cost (A/C €11 per night. Safe €12. Dirty towel "fine" €7) or not even supplied (toilet paper....really?). Room not cleaned once in 4 days. On the up side, it's in a quiet location and a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also bus stops at either end of the road. Buses every 30mins to Heraklion and Malia or Setia and all stops between, until around midnight. Pay on the bus...very cheap. All in all, it's cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for.

Points positifs : - Calme et tranquillité au sein de la propriété - Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine est agréable et nécessaire car malgré tout les appartements ne sont pas SI prêt des plages. Points négatifs: - La propreté des chambres est vraiment à revoir, pas de ménage réalisé lors de la semaine passée. Les draps n'ont jamais été changés, les serviettes ont été changées une fois et les poubelles aussi. - Si vous n'avez pas de véhicule les déplacements sont compliqués (à moins de prendre le bus mais les destinations ne sont pas très claires) - Le personnel est un peu sauvage et peu accueillant - De plus, nous avions réservé la chambre à bas prix et nous ne nous attendions pas à une chambre de luxe mais l'hôtel nous à proposé la chambre la plus lugubre que j'ai pu voir à mon actif. Après être allé nous plaindre de celle-ci, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous en proposer une seconde beaucoup plus agréable à vivre. Donc méfiez vous si vous prenez une chambre à bas prix car elles ne corrèlent pas avec les photos - Les plages environnantes sont privées et payantes. Vous pouvez bien entendu essayer de trouver une place pour poser votre serviette sur le sable parmi tous les transats disponibles (6€ le transat). Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner car les plages forment un creux et il y a de très grosses vagues. Allez vers Hersonissos pour trouver de belles plages où vous allez pouvoir profiter de la mer. - Supermarchés très chers, Lidl à 2,9 km de l'hotel pour bon prix

Het is een oase van genot met erge lieve beheerders . Ondanks dat toch een paar kanttekeningen die ik anders zou doen . Te weinig keuken materiaal om te kunnen koken .Ontbijt max. Geen koffiezetapp !! Een theedoek , sopdoekje en schuursponsje is ook geen overbodige luxe . Kreeg de kopjes niet meer schoon na een week .Airco zou bij kamer zitten maar moest 7 euro per dag voor betaald worden .Prachtig zwembad goed onderhouden tuin 🏊‍♀️. Jammer dat t aan een zeer drukke weg ligt. Auto wel een must want ligt niet erg centraal .( mooie afgeschermde parkeerplaats) MAW een aanrader met wat kleine kanttekeningen ...!

Nada era lo que parecía.

La playa cercana era horrible. El baño del hotel tercermundista. Insuficientes utensilios de cocina. Higiene más que deficiente. El aire acondicionado requería pago suplementario diario abusivo. En todas partes avisos de lo que "no" se podía hacer enla habitación y los espacios comunes. El personal era amable, las condiciones y normas no eran cosa suya, claro...

Hôtel agréable et bien situé

Les extérieurs de l’hôtel et la vue sont supers pour le prix! A 15min à pieds de la plage d'Anissaras avec superettes, quelques restaurants très agréables et des loueurs de voitures (pour nous Perseas - tarif incluant assurance 100% impeccable!) et à 5-10 min de l'arrêt de bus. Le confort des chambres est sommaire, quelques petites opérations de maintenance seraient à envisager mais tout à fait correct surtout qu'on ne reste pas dans la chambre la journée généralement! A noter: Clim en surcoût si vous la souhaitez (7€/jour je crois) Le personnel est très agréable et aidant.

Apparthotel mit wenig extra

Ich war mit meiner Frau für 10 Tage da. Wir hatten ein Studio Appartment. Der Preis war dank Nebensaison sehr günstig. Man bekommt hier nicht mehr als das was man als Minumum erwartet. Es war ein Raum mit Betten. Es war sauber. Es gab eine Kochniesche. Alles war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Die "schöneren" Bilder von der Website müssen in einem anderen Gebäude entstanden sein. Die Bar war genauso wenig einladend wie das Schwimmbad. Der Strand war 15 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein sehr schöner Strand!

Appartamento spartano. Ci sono solo i letti.Troppi limiti nell'uso della piscina...no giochi,niente cibo in giardino. La cucina non dispone nemmeno di una pentola per la pasta.La spiaggia non è proprio vicina. Letti comodi e posizione comoda per gli spostamenti. Impossibile dormire x il rumore dei grilli.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war sehr angenehm und schön. Alles wird familiär geführt und ist sehr persönlich. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und ruhig (bis auf den Fluglärm). Der nächste Strand ist das einzige Manko! Dieser ist von Touristen übersät und dort wo keine sind, findet man Müll. Nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Urlaub!

Hôtel accueillant, personne agréable

L'hôtel est vraiment accueillant, bien équipé (piscine, bar, table de billard et cuisine avec ustensiles et terrasse dans chaque chambre). Le personnel est très agréable et a l'écoute et nous donne beaucoup d'informations sur les lieux et les activités à faire. A 10 minutes a pied de la plage et a 10 minutes en bus du centre ville d'Hersonissos.Proche des stations de bus et très accessibles. Centre ville très animé (restaurants, clubs, centre d'activités pour découvrir la ville...). Centre ville d'Héraklion a 20 minutes et aéroport également à 20 minutes de l'hôtel. Les prix des bus et des taxis sont accessibles. Très bon séjour je conseille vraiment cet hôtel.

Good value for money

We were surprised how much we got for our money - when you think its a two star hotel. We had a balcony with view over the pool, and further back the sea. The service was good, and friendly owners. Rooms was what you could expect, we came i beginning of august for 10 days, two adult, two children, and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back later. The cicadas made though some noise, but you get used to it:-)

Anbefalelsesværdigt, familiedrevet hotel.

I forhold til prisen får man rigtigt meget for pengene i Classic Appartment. Jeg havde et dejligt rummeligt værelse med balkon,køkken og bad som kunne fås for ca. kr. 1.700,- for 14 dage, hvilket må siges a være meget billigt. Hotellet er hyggeligt, familiedrevet med hotellejligheder, hyggeligt bibliotek, snack bar med mulighed for morgenmad og lette måltider, - en skøn have med en mindre pool og smuk udsigt til havet og den nærliggende ø Dia. Stedet ligger ud til hovedvejen, men er omgivet af en mur. Der er ca 15-20 min. gang til stranden, som er turist præget med hoteller, strandbarer og indkøbsmuligheder. Det passede mig fint at have dette på afstand, og hovedvejen gav hurtig adgang til de komfortable airkonditionerede busser til de omkringliggende byer, - primært Hernosissos, hvor jeg handlede og gik på stranden. Pris med bussen var 1,60 €. At i alt et virkeligt godt valg, hvis man vil bo personligt og afslappet væk fra den værste turisme.

Dommage !

J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appart hotel où le personnel est très sympathique et avenant. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le classic appartements, mal balisé sur la route secondaire en contre bas de la route principale, embranchement pas indiqué, et un tout petit logo sur un mur. J'ai été déçu de ma chambre qui se trouvait en bout de bâtiment. - Salle d'eau passable avec rideau de douche tombant et trop peu d'espace pour se doucher (rideau qui colle à la peau), Wc trop près de la douche ainsi on a les pieds dans le bac à douche, une armoire de toilettes en plastoc usé. - trois lits au pilots, pas de table intérieur ( alors que c'est un appart) juste un guéridon extérieur. - Pas de clim - le bruit d'une chaufferie intempestive jour et nuit - le bruit de la route très proche jour et nuit - Et enfin sous le couloir des avions arrivant en crête, donc du bruit jour et nuit Les avantages : - un personnel très gentil et accueillant - une piscine très sympa - un bar et snack - un parc super bien arboré et joli - La cuisine de l'appartement est correct sans plus avec plaque, frigo, bouilloire mais sans micro-onde !
