Overall, it was a beautiful, family-run hotel that was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent facilities. The pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious and diverse, combining local and international flavors. Highly recommended for retreats and stays near Heraklion, Crete

Wir waren auf der Such nach ein paar Tagen Ruhe und Sonne. Das haben wir bei Filia gefunden. Und noch mehr… Die Zimmer, das Gebäude, die Poollandschaft alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Gastgeber immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir dürfen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl an Ei, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Bacon, Bohnen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Ausstattung der Zimmer top. Poolanlage gepflegt. Wasser in der Dusche läuft bisschen langsam ab. Ansonsten 10 von 10

Fantastic rooms ,everywhere is spotlessly clean ,comfiest sunbeds ever.Great pool to relax and only 5mins walk to everything. What makes this a great hotel is the host George and his family who run it. They genuinely care and can't do enough for you .. Filia at the bar and his wife are lovely. George is a fantastic cook so be sure to ask for food not on the snack menu. We will most definitely be back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le gérant est toujours présent, disponible et à l'écoute de ses clients, ce qui est très appréciable et met immédiatement en confiance. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable : le ménage est effectué avec beaucoup de soin et tout est impeccable. La gérante ainsi que sa fille sont d'une grande gentillesse et affichent en permanence un sourire qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L'hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans une ambiance élégante et chaleureuse. À notre avis, cet hotel a des prestations d'un quatre étoile. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, varié, frais et vitaminé, a été un véritable plaisir et a parfaitement complété cette belle expérience. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderbares kleines Hotel. Sehr schöner großer Pool mit komfortablen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Alles wirklich sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Persönliche Vorlieben können berücksichtigt werden. Am Pool eine Bar, wo auch kleine Speisen angeboten werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und haben großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der schöne Strand, viele Geschäfte und zahlreiche Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Apotheke ebenfalls vor Ort. Die Gastgeber sind wurklich sehr herzlich und erfüllen so gut wie alle Wünsche. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Top Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes, modernes kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Sehr sauber alles. Man wird herzlich empfangen. Der Chef selber zaubert abends immer ein paar landestypische Vorspeisen plus einem üppigem Hauptgang. Wer offen für alles ist, bucht sich die Halbpension gleich mit und wird nicht enttäuscht. Tagsüber an der Poolbar gibt es Getränke und Snacks. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten an die Strandpromenade, mit div. Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strandzugang. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es waren wirklich schöne erholsame Tage. Shops und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg). Natürlich auch der Strand. Es wird täglich ein leckeres Frühstück angeboten und abends besteht die Möglichkeit ein Dinner zu reservieren. Der Inhaber kocht liebevoll selbst. Die Snacks tagsüber an der Poolbar sind auch sehr lecker. Man war uns bei jeder Frage behilflich. Ein Mietwagen wurde uns auf Empfehlung des Hotels auch direkt zum Hotel gebracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Kreta ist wirklich ein tolles Urlaubsziel.

Perfect hotel! This hotel is run by a couple and their daughter. We received a warm welcome and our check-in went very smoothly! The rooms are actually very comfortable suites, tastefully decorated in a modern, minimalist style with hints of Greek culture. The rooms are very pleasant and, above all, very, very clean! Well done to the cleaning team! The hotel has a large, very pleasant swimming pool with a small bar next to it. There is also a restaurant. An excellent breakfast is served every morning. A small car park is also available nearby. As the hotel is located near a road, there is no noise pollution. What's more, the seaside with its restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away. As you can see, this hotel is simply magnificent and I highly recommend it! Excellent value for money.

The entire family is incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, and caring. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. We have never experienced such warm and personal hospitality before. They took such wonderful care of us, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness, humor, and positive energy made our stay not only relaxing but also incredibly fun. We laughed so much and made memories that we will cherish for a long time. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, and we had a fantastic view that made our stay even more special. What touched us most was the genuine warmth of the family. It never felt like we were simply guests — we truly felt welcomed as friends. ❤️ We would come back anytime without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. We had a wonderful stay at Filia Luxury Suites. The cleanliness stood out immediately. Our room was spotless, and the pool area was just as well kept, with everything tidy and inviting. The suites are spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unpack. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day. Even the small details were right, like the perfect water pressure in the shower. The whole stay felt comfortable and well looked after. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing stay in Crete.
