Although the front desk staff was nice and helpful, unfortunately the hotel itself was not sanitary. Upon entering the hotel room there was a foul smell, stains on the comforter, a bug in the bathroom, and the toilet paper roll was soiled and yellow (look like it had been fully saturated with liquid and then dried out) and half used. Upon expressing my complaints that manager was very apologetic and offered another room. I had already seen enough to understand that the hotel was not sanitary, declined to stay and ended up having to book a new hotel on a moments notice. This hotel then denied me a refund. As previously mentioned, the front desk staff was a very kind man, however, I will not be returning due to sanitation and the hotels refusal for refund after attempting to provide me with unacceptable accommodations.

Staff was really excellent, but 2 items reminded me why this is $70/night. The TV is incredibly complicated to make function, even when a helpful staff member was driving the remote! Second, the breakfast: seriously, it’s coffee, orange juice (apple wasn’t working) a handful of mini-muffins and a half loaf of white bread. Such little effort was put into it, “free breakfast” should not be advertised at all.

Well I say the staff have been excellent to work with and for us they've been very helpful and very kind everyday they check and ask us however accommodations are and if they can help us with anything so as we're staying at the hotel I wouldn't recommend it to about anyone it's a great convenient place the rooms are comfortable and up to date

I have a screenshot on my phone that states this place has an indoor pool per YOUR website on Expedia. Upon arrival the pool had been gone for years and turned into a garden. We were traveling a long distance with 2 young boys, so I booked this based on a pool. We did not end up staying here and finding a place with a pool, therefore I paid for this room. I would like to have a refund from Expedia for their false info and would be happy to share the screenshot from my phone.

Upon arriving to our room 435 this is what we were walked into ,visible mold on the curtains and mold still growing on the windowsill , the look hole to see if anyone is arriving at the door had tissue stuffed in it and the bed had a suspicious white fluid spots on top of the bed spread to include a random stain found on the bed sheet itself, the bathroom was somewhat decent but the mold was my main concern After going to front desk and getting relocated to 431 I went back to return the key and the night person was no were to be found??? So now on to 431 They charged me a pet deposit which is fine however if it says that it’s for cleaning I should not see traces of other animals in the room to include MOLD! The left bed underneath and the nightstand both have where a dog has ran through there but from what I’ve explained you can tell there was no cleaning . Lastly the bathroom had a hole near the toilet paper dispenser which was barely in the wall to begin with And good thing I didn’t bring any food back to the hotel because the tables weren’t wiped down and the wall had traces of food Also I saw they re-roomed 435 knowing that I reported for mold which threw me way off and I knew i needed to make this review I will be contacting Burke County Health Department about this issue because how does a place with a 94.0 sanitation rate have two moldy rooms? Did not meet my standard at all because I booked through a third party system which dolled it up

Awful experience.

No breakfast. Has a reservation for a king bed, only had double beds when checked in. We checked in about 10 minutes after making the reservation. I was charged a $3 “fee” and $100 refundable deposit that, if I get it back, will take up to 10 days. That is unnacceptable. I’ve never had to pay a deposit and not get it back immediately upon checkout, or it not even get charged at time of departure. Get in the room, and the TV volume didn’t work. Took 30-45 minutes to resolve that issue. Overall, I will not use this again.

It was nicer than I expected and very clean. Just a few things that were a swing and a miss. No hand soap, no ice bucket, and no blanket. All of things I could have asked for and been given by staff I’m sure. It’s just I shouldn’t have to. Would I stay here again? Absolutely again it was much nicer and very clean and safe
