It’s very close to the central bus station, has a nice restaurant. Beautiful central garden. Wifi is weak in some rooms but strong in others.

The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious but the area is not the best. It is difficult to get anywhere touristy because it’s far from the downtown area. Also, the buildings around it are run down and empty. The bus station is near and so is the hospital. Other than the location, we loved staying at Los Arcos. It’s safe, beautiful, comfortable and the food is awesome.

This was our second time staying here and just as last time we had a great stay. Everyone was super friendly and was available whenever we needed ... we are planning to go back and we are definitely booking in this hotel again.

Reservamos por una noche que se liquidó en la app de expedía, al llegar extendimos una noche más y nos subió de $$1750 que costó la primera a $3500 la segunda, nadie nos supo explicar solo dijeron que lo que se cobró en expedía no cubría ni la primera noche por eso teníamos que pagar lo demás, tengo dos años usando la app y es la primera vez que me pasa algo así, al final pagamos pero el hotel nos salió más caro que una noche en el hilton garden inn y nada que ver, moraleja no vuelvo a quedarme en ese hotel

En General estuvo bien, solo agregaria cambio de toallas inmediato ya que me bañe temprano y necesitaba para mas tarde y las llevaron pasadas las 4 pm, y el estacionamiento el guardia tarda en abrir cuando regresas despues de media noche.
