"I have stayed at this in hotel many times but this time I was upgraded which was nice especially when your here in business and you want a little more room to relax, I would recommend Raddison Blu for future visits."
"We loved our stay at the Passage. It was very clean, well organized and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While the suite didn't have a separate room, it was nice how far away the sofa bed was from the actual bedroom and, with a sound machine, we were able to feel like we had two separate spaces.
The bathrooms are very nice, but there were a couple quirky things
1. This would *not* be a suitable option for friends or multiple couples that like privacy. There is only a clear glass door for the shower room and it never fogs over so everyone who walks by has a clear view of the person bathing.
2. The toilet is in a separate room from the tub, sink and shower, so you have to go into a separate room to wash your hands
Overall, though, we would return to the Passage in a heartbeat--just a few small things that might have been nice to know in advance :)"
"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
"This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended"
