"The kitchen was clean.. only 1 trash can in the bathroom.. only had 2 towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels… front door had a window but in blinds or cover for privacy can see in. I paid for a room with hot tub and set at 85 degrees would not get hotter then that. So couldn’t enjoy it and it’s the reason we stayed there.. had no one to really help with the problem. "

"Our room was not ready for hours due to "inefficient staff ". The staff at the restaurant was exceptionally rude and the front desk was "unable to help" and needed to wait for others to come in for basic asks. A sprinkler head cover fell off the ceiling and hit my father on the head. After we were told we would get a full refund - at least- we got charged for the full amount and no phone call with Management as promised. The room was terrible and the service was terrible. First Marriott stay that was horrible. Corporate needs to step in. "
