"While the hotel itself is nice, the payment process what a NIGHTMARE. First of all, I chose to pay at the property. But then without any communication or documentation, I was charged a 50% deposit. This was not only unauthorized but also a bigger problem because this was a work trip and I needed a receipt to submit. Getting it refunded was a huge pain because they wouldn't even admit to charging me (in fact said they don't charge cards not present), and I had to resolve it with the third party (even though THEY charged me, not Hotels.com). Thankfully the deposit was refunded, but when I went to check in, there was no one at the desk. So AGAIN, they charged my work card without it being present, and without any receipt/documentation. When I called, it was once again a big deal to get a receipt because of the third-party reservation, even though the hotel charged me NOT Hotels.com. Honestly, the Petty Ranch Inn needs to do better about communicating with guests and providing documentation of the charges--especially if they offer the option to "pay at the property" on Hotels.com. Also there needs to be better communication if a 50% is required. It should not be this hard to get a receipt for payment. "

"Prime location. Reasonable cost. Personable, helpful staff. I learned that this was one of the relatively older hotels in Springdale. The room was dark, cramped and outdated. Complimentary breakfast grab and go, and free juices were greatly appreciated. I am a solo traveler. The two double beds would have been more appropriate for a family looking to economize. Even so, I was fortunate to find this room during busy spring break week."

"Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was attentive to cleanliness daily. Our room view was great. They were great about us checking in late due to a late flight. We were able to get in our room easily and had a great stay! One thing that I believe was not clearly explained was that we would be charged 10$ a day for parking. "
