“There was a little mix up in getting the access code but everything else was perfect. Perfect location to walk around Springdale and to catch the shuttle to Zion. Cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon. ”

“We had an awesome stay at this property at the end of July 2025. Ignore the bad reviews saying it’s a construction site. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is safe and clean. The newly renovated rooms are super clean and well appointed. Would stay again!”

“Very helpful and friendly lady at the frontdesk. We had really nice conversation. She gave us poles for hiking the Narrows for free. In the park you have to rent them for 9 Dollars for each. The view from the hotel ist spectacular.”
