"We stayed one night at Puffin Inn for our layover in Anchorage. Prompt and friendly shuttle to and from the airport. Room was small (shower was nice sized!), but very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning was the typical breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices/coffee, hard boiled eggs. We ate dinner at a very nice restaurant that was across the street called Alaska Chopped and Chowdered. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance as well, including a Mcdonalds."

"This is by far equivalent to a 5 Star hotel. The only word that could best describe the entire experience is exquisite. Gwen and Sheila (mother/daughter) were so personable. The room was perfect and the breakfast was healthy and such a beautiful presentation. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while we were washing our clothes in the washer and dryer they provided. If their goal was perfection, they nailed it! Also a bonus was a fabulous and healthy restaurant within 5 miles called South Side Bistro. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Staff here is key for me coolest I’ve ever met from the reception, house keeping, security even the guests that come here are very cool to meet with and just have a conversation with once in a while and the rooms are equipped with full kitchens and the air conditioner/heater work very well and more than enough channels to find something you are interested in and the Free WiFi is excellent, their is on site laundry and vending machines for detergent and dryer sheets and a Home Depot next to the hotel to get any needs you might have."
