"This is a basic hotel for an overnight stay with convenient location. However, this was the first time I need to pay for luggage storage for a few hours after check out. Maybe this is the way for them to make extra revenue."

"Hotel staff, Lois, Lisa, Cristina, Elena and Victoria are excellent, including the restaurant staff. They are helpful, friendly and genuine. The location is great for transportation access, restaurant and shopping. However, the beds are the worst I have ever had. The springs are poking into you all night. The minute you sit on the bed the springs dig in and mske noises. Despite paying $411 a night for am execuitive room no resolution of the issue for four nights. Given how bad it was I couldn't have been the first person to complain. The hotel was full the night before. Someone must have complained but no action taken."

"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m. After spending the day sightseeing while exhausted, we were so tired that we ended up sleeping in our rental car for nearly two hours before we could check in. This made for a very difficult start to our trip. The room itself was adequate, and we understand that air conditioning is uncommon in Ireland. Unfortunately, our room was located next to the designated smoking area. Cigarette smoke came through the open window, making it impossible to get fresh air, and groups of guests frequently gathered outside to smoke and talk loudly late into the evening. The bathroom appeared clean, but the toothbrush cups were not. One glass still had lipstick residue from a previous guest. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room was acceptable, but the check-in experience, smoke, noise, and cleanliness issues would make me hesitant to recommend this property to travelers looking for a comfortable vacation stay. I'd rate it 2 out of 5 stars. The issues weren't catastrophic, but they significantly affected our comfort and first impression of Dublin."

"The hotel is located in a walkable area for shopping and dining. The room was large and beds were comfortable. Check in staff was accommodating and pleasant. We did not try any of the services, or bar, as we only had one night. My disappointment was with the billing. They charged both my friend and I a security charge of $200 euros, which was supposed to be a hold on our card. I checked out earlier than my friend and explained that we were splitting the bill. Instead, they put through the $200 euro on my card and charged her the remaining. Although this only equals a small difference, I had to make several calls to the hotel to sort it out. Any hotel that I have stayed in will put a hold on that room, then reverse it so its not posted to your credit card (in this case using the exchange rate of the day). This was not splitting the bill in my opinion. My daughter said she also had a problem with this hotels billing practices."

"I was extremely impressed with the Ruby Molly! The room itself was excellent - an extremely comfortable bed, fantastic climate control, a great shower, and lots of other top flight amenities (plenty of charger options, Bluetooth speakers, and work area). I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked amazing and other folks seemed very happy. There’s also lots of very comfortable common areas on the first floor to enjoy on a rainy day. The staff was super attentive and helpful! I think it’s a great place and would totally stay there again when visiting Dublin!"

"What a great surprise! We found this hotel by chance and weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Even though our stay was only for one night, it left a lasting impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!"
